Don't you hate it when you are stuck in a rut? It's like a negative cloud is hanging over you. I've been feeling a lot like this lately, and it weighs me down. I can't afford to be like this as I will only feel worse physically. My doctor talked about positive thinking with me. She is absolutely right I know. I'm usually a positive thinker. After talking with her I knew what I had to do. Something I had been thinking of all along. I shared random acts of kindness with a few people. And after that talked with my girls about random acts of kindness and giving. They are good at these things already but we were looking at a bigger picture. We plan to give more to friends and family but strangers as well. Little notes left behind for people to find. Helping people. Small things that make a world of difference. Not only will it make someone's day but put ourselves in a better mood as well. :)
I remember when I was developing photos at a local developing store often and received a random note with my pile of photos complimenting my photography. And another time when we were driving a purple vehicle. We were in a parking lot with no plants around but someone found a purple flower and placed it on our car.
